Practice makes worse?

I always want to get some “real” achievements in the competitions of ACM/ICPC. We get two fourth place and a runner-up this year. This is a great success for our team. What frustrated me, is that we haven’t do any training together for almost one year and a half. In the first year of our university life, we spend almost all the time to prepare for this competition, we do virtual contests, we find and solve problems on the internet from days to days. But, the best award we got in the first year was just 8th place in the Beijing site. Comparing the great success this year and the lose in the first year, I deeply doubt that practice make things perfect, or even worse?

New version of Fudan Homepage

I knew this message from my classmate that our university have a new homepage system now.
I think the UI of wordpress is much more beautiful than old raw html one. So I apply for this immediately.
The application procedure is simple, but I have to wait for some days until this website been set up. The initial site was full of rubbish information. It wasted me some time to wipe them out and create my own page.
I met some trouble when I attempted to add a new page to introduce myself: the default style is ugly and I have to write raw html to adjust the style details instead of using the built-in editor. (Now I am also using the html to write this post)
Anyway, I can score this homepage system 70 points. (The old one worth 30 points)
