My main research interests focus on real application of theoretical methods and systematic techniques developed in the fields of mathematics, computer sciences and especially statistics, to interdisciplinary subjects, especially to the data of biological, financial or other application fields’ relevance and significance. My current research works include time series data analysis with disease detection, genes prediction and classification, and biological/financial complex networks reconstructions by using various methods like Bayesian network classifiers, causal inference, statistical learning theory, and machine learning based approaches.
