流程建模是流程分析、优化的基础。本课题为便于理解、实施以顾客为中心的战略,突出服务的思想,重新审视了流程,从组织视角探讨了面向角色的流程建模方法,深入分析了面向角色的流程管理方法,阐明流程变革实质上就是参与者的角色定位及其协调关系的调整,是软管理和硬控制的结合。

与通常基于活动的流程模型不同,面向角色的流程模型强调顾客—服务链,认为角色是流程主体的抽象,业务流程是由多个角色协作的过程。本课题利用流程挖掘的方法,提出了一种将工作流挖掘与流程分解相结合的角色识别方法。在此基础上,引入虚拟流程概念,从知识流角度讨论角色的协作实现,把角色协作区分为强相关协作和弱相关协作。并着重分析了流程角色之间的协作关系,为流程优化提供了一些指导原则,也给流程管理提供了新的思路。此外,为实现面向角色的柔性流程建模,讨论了通过角色的动态选取和配置,简化流程的建模,应用目前逐渐流行的Web services技术,设计了一种面向角色服务的流程建模架构,给出了基于服务组合的柔性流程模型和原型。上述研究对深入认识流程,分析流程的深层次问题,提供流程协调管理的新思路,指导流程管理实践,避免陷入“纯技术论”都有一定的指导。

Abstract

Process modeling is the basis of process analysis and optimization. In order to help understand and implement the customer-centered strategy, the project highlights the idea of services, rethinks the process in terms of roles. From the perspective of organizations, role-oriented process modeling is discussed and role-oriented process management is analyzed in detail.It is elucidated that process change is,in essence,to tune the organization of people and their roles who partipate in processes,and to coordinate the roles in a new way. Process change is the combination of soft-element management and hard-rule control.

 Differing from the common activity-based process modeling,the role-oriented process models stress the customer-service chains between roles, and give emphasis that the role is the abstraction of actors,who are responsible for activities made up of activity-based process models. The project puts forward a role identification method,which combines workflow mining and process decomposition.Based on the method, the project also gives the concept of virtual processes which accompany business processes and form knowledge flow.In doing so,the coordination between roles is analyzed in view of knowledge process management.In virtual processes,the coordination betwwen roles is classified into strongly-related coordination and weakly-related one.Then,the coordination mechanism discussed in this project provides some principles for business process optimization and new ideas for process management.Moreover,to realize the role-oriented flexible process modeling,the dynamic selection and configuarion of roles are proposed to simplify process modeling.And increasingly pervasive web services technique is used to design a prototype for role-oriented process modeling through the combination of services provided by roles. In conclusion,the project lays new foundation for probing into business processes,especially coordination management in them and serve as a guide for future process management,avoiding sinking into pure technical theory.
